Services

North Deer Digital provides web design, development, performance optimization, and related consulting services. Specific scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in written proposals or contracts.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in project agreements. By engaging our services you agree to the payment schedule outlined in the contract.

Intellectual property

All pre-existing IP remains the property of its owner. Upon full payment, designs and deliverables specified in the contract are licensed/assigned as agreed. We may retain rights to showcase the work in our portfolio.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability & warranty

Services are provided "as is" and without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services; we are not liable for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA.
